1.2 Verification Data

Our platform collects GPS coordinates, timestamps, device information, and photographs/videos captured by field agents using the GeoProof mobile app. This data is essential for providing GPS-verified OOH verification and is processed strictly for campaign monitoring purposes.

1.3 Automatically Collected Data

We collect standard web analytics data including IP addresses, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referral sources to improve our website performance and user experience. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies as described in our cookie preferences.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to provide and improve our OOH verification services, process transactions and send related communications, respond to your inquiries and support requests, send marketing communications (with your consent), comply with legal obligations under Indian law, and prevent fraud and ensure platform security. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on secure servers located in India. We implement industry-standard security measures including end-to-end encryption (AES-256), access controls, regular security audits, and automated threat detection. Verification data is backed by blockchain-based audit trails to ensure tamper-proof integrity of all billboard monitoring records.

4. Data Sharing

We share verification data only with authorized users within your organization's account as configured by your administrator. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our platform, subject to strict confidentiality agreements. We may disclose data if required by Indian law, regulation, or legal process.

5. Your Rights Under DPDP 2023

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements), withdraw consent for data processing, and file complaints with the Data Protection Board of India. We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Verification data is retained for the duration specified in your service agreement, typically 24 months from campaign completion. Our Services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us immediately.
