When field agents capture proof photos, GeoProof's geo-fencing technology validates that the device is within 50–100 metres of the registered site before allowing any upload.

1. Site Registration
Upload your complete site list with GPS coordinates via CSV or API. Each site gets a configurable geo-fence radius. The system is ready for field agents to start submitting proofs within minutes of site registration — no manual setup per site required.
2. Geo-Fence Enforcement
Field agents open the GeoProof app and select their assigned site. The app checks device GPS in real time. If the agent is outside the geo-fenced perimeter, the capture button remains disabled — no manual override is possible. Multiple location signals are cross-referenced to detect GPS spoofing attempts.
3. Proof Capture
Within the geo-fence, agents capture the required photos and optional video. The app embeds GPS coordinates, device timestamp, agent ID, and site ID into the proof package. Photos are taken through the app camera — screenshotted or uploaded photos from the camera roll are rejected.
4. Server-Side Validation
Upon upload, our platform validates GPS coordinates, timestamp integrity, EXIF metadata consistency, and checks for signs of photo manipulation. The proof bundle is cryptographically hashed and recorded in the blockchain audit trail, making it permanently immutable.
5. Live Dashboard Update
